I’m proud to be a Realtor for Royal LePage New Concept, one of the best brokerages in Toronto, and to have earned an award for my performance as one of their most successful Realtors as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist for Seniors (CRTS).  Helping you make one of the most signicant financial transactions of your life -- buying or selling property – is what I love to do. 

Yet, when I left my native South Korea and headed to Canada in 1999, I had little thought of one day becoming a Realtor. Still, it turns out that everything I did, everything I learned, and everything that I love to do gave me all I needed to become a success in real estate.

Before coming to Canada, I was a registered nurse with one of the biggest university hospitals in South Korea.  Helping people through difficult times is one of the things I love to do.  And soon after I settled here, I set about helping others make their way to this land of opportunity so they could have the same opportunities for bettering their lives like me.

I especially love working with seniors, and I volunteered in the Senior Care Unit of North York General Hospital in Toronto for several years.  I also studied immigration consulting at Humber College and began working as an immigration consultant, helping people get permanent residences or working visas in Canada.  Combining my personal experience  and my knowledge of handling all the legal documentation, regulations and communication with the government of Canada, I had great success in the field. Also I served as a member of the Board of Directors for a leading immigration company.

In the meantime, I earned a Mutual Funds Investment license as a Mortgage Agent.  Becoming a successful marketing director at a mortgage/investment company, I gained a unique understanding of mortgage financing in the real estate industry.

I have also had a talent and love for art since I was young.  I joined an oil painting art club at my university, and later, just as a hobby, I participated in the interior design school.  Working on my own house, I quickly discovered just how much I loved creating beautiful interiors for my house and others. So, with some advice and encouragement from a Realtor friend, I opened my own home-staging business, and the I helped Realtors sell the houses I was working on. I finally realized what all my work, experience, passions, and talents had prepared me to be a Realtor!

I soon became a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist for Seniors, got my Realtor’s license, and joined Royal LePage New Concept.  With helpful mentorship and support from the company, I have excelled as a Realtor, honored in 2021 with Royal LePage New Concept, Brokerage’s award.
